I'm A Resident A Riviera (North), And Have Been Now Going On 4 Year's This Is My First Apartment, I Call It A Home Away From Home. Riviera Is Very Nice And Quit, Large Room's, Clean Atmosphere(Stair's,Laundry,Play Ground,Landscaping ), No MOLD Or ROACHES !!! The Staff Is Great Also Very Knowledgeable,Compassionate,Loyal,Trustworthy, Mrs.Clayton And Diana Will Go Above And Beyond For The Community And Really Care About The Resident's Here. Maintenance Is Very Professional (Mr.Willie,Henry ). Friendly Neighbor's (NO DRAMA ) And We're Excited About Our New After School Program That Will Start Soon. It's Really Is A Home Away From Home, Don't Have To Worry Your Kids Playing No Parent Issues. I Would Recommend Riviera !!
