Super easy buying experience! I found what I wanted online and then was sent a personalized video of the interior and exterior (thanks JP). After deciding I wanted to see the vehicle, I took it for a test drive, made an offer and negotiated a good deal within 20 minutes. Financing had a long wait but once I was in they moved quickly! Lots of inventory to choose from and great customer service. Would recommend again and I drove from Jax.

My husband brought up our Infiniti to Infiniti of Orange Park and WOW just WOW!!!! I remember speaking with Bill in parts over the phone a couples weeks back who was extremely helpful about a part we needed. Then today we noticed brown fluid coming from underneath the motor when we parked on the driveway. Mind you we did not purchase this car from Infiniti of OP. We went to the dealership where we purchased the car and they advised us \they were too busy right now we would have to bring it up next week\. So my husband left and went straight to Infiniti of OP. WOW again!!! Robert King from the shop put it on the lift without any questions asked and found the problem & fixed it right away! Thank you so much for the great customer service! Went in with a flat tire. Ended up the rim was also damaged the service manager Roger was awesome! He was able to locate a efurbished \ rim saving me hundreds of dollars. Julea their senior service advisor was amazing and efficient as always. They got me into a loaner car so my daughter and I could get around safely. I always recommend this service center...the staff is amazing.

The dealership provided superb service, I had called them to see when I could get an appointment. While speaking with Maide he told me to bring the vehicle in and he would get it in. I get to the dealership and everyone was so professional and kind. He took the keys and said your vehicle will be ready in about a hour and 15 minutes. The vehicle was ready in less of this time with a full vehicle inspection and cleaned. I highly recommend this dealership and service advisor.
