I brought my first car from Jackson’s in 2018. Andrew made the whole experience very quick and easy and I felt very looked after. Andrew allowed me to take the car out for a test drive for as long as I liked and helped out with the payment process. Andrew helped me get the lowest deal possible when most car dealers can be very tight with going down on price. Since buying my car from Jackson’s I’ve gone back to have repair work, new tyres and Mot & Service. Jackson’s have always gone above and beyond with every detail and I’ve always felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands. You know all the work is always done to the highest standard and no corners are ever cut. You know you’ll always get the best deal of Jackson’s. Staff have always been very friendly and been happy to explain everything and given plenty of detail. Communication is at the highest standard and are always easy to get hold of and are quick to get back to you. I’ve recommended Jackson’s to many friends and family and I’ve only ever heard good things since. Can’t recommend enough!

Great service from Matt, we bought our car here a few months ago, no pressure sales, he was more than happy to let us take cars out for a test drive, we had an issue with a sensor on the car we bought, nothing that could have been forseen by Jacksons I hasten to add, the car was taken to a main dealer and sorted out under warranty and we were provided with a curtesy car. Would I buy another car from Jacksons of Shipdham? That's a very definite yes

I bought a car in Aug 2018 and recently had a problem with it. As it was under warranty Cath was exceptional and made sure that the issue was resolved asap. Truly fantastic service and made everything so smooth and painfree. Thank you very much.
