this is the worst place.. since they switched 2 whoever u talk 2 is your caseworker!! this is so messed up! i got cut off and had 2 reapply cause of their mistakes!! the worst part .. i got cut off right before Christmas and i don't have any money or a place 2 live! i gave them all the information they needed and wanted in November.. BUT THEY STILL CUT ME OFF
I have usually had good experiences with the Jackson Dhs but recently due to covid 19 I can't reach the building or walk in. I have left 3 voicemails exclaiming that I can't access my account due to it being locked and I just need it unlocked. I remember my password just wish someone could help me
