We are very happy with the service we received whilst purchasing our first buy to let property. Tom was very professional and very supportive throughout the process and we didn't once feel like we needed to chase anything as we were updated regularly. We had met with various other companies before meeting with Tom and his approach / knowledge of the industry really stood out over the rest. He listened to what we wanted and gave us his expert advice which was very important to us as this was our first time. We will definitely be using Tom again! Thank you
Didn't earn their money.We felt were misled as to the status of our buyer and when we asked them to pass our our telephone number to our buyer ,when our buyer asked for it they said they needed our permission! They did not keep us informed of what was going on,luckily the estate agent who was acting for the property we were buying was far more helpful.
Tom and the team were so helpful from beginning to end. Always happy to help with any questions we had. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me sell my property. Thank you all so much
