Place has gone right off the boil. Presented my Cash Account card, presumably giving access to better prices. Wrong. Even with haggling at the counter they couldn't beat the price of a bulk bag of sharp sand from a well known DIY chain. Even their O.P. Cement was dearer than a comparable product at another well known DIY store without even haggling over it. Seriously, you are a builder's merchant, not a High Street DIY store, yet they are undercutting you on basic building supplies.
