Had a very worrying day, After driving to work i noticed an ABS light on my car, on my way to work i always drive past this garage and was meaning to try it out so i dropped it off here to have it checked, i was reassured that im in good hands and the car will be diagnosed by lunchtime and if a non major repair i would have the car back the same day! Got a phone call when i got into work and they told me exactly the sensor i needed and offered me a very very good price, got car back on the same day and im now worry free, ive been previously ripped off from other garages so im very worried when lights come on my dash but i was in good hands with Jack Bygraves, Ive now booked myself in here for my MOT next month. Highly recommended

Have bought several cars over the past 20 years or so and been more than satisfied with after sales service and customer care. This was proved yesterday. I recently broke my leg and car hadn't moved for over 2 months., hence flat battery etc. After a phone-call \ boss\ John arrived the same day and got car fired up again. Much appreciated.
Whilst the young lad was very kind, the owner made me feel very uncomfortable. He shouted to the lad, tell her we can’t do it, in front of me. He seems to be lacking in customer service and he came across as very hostile. Will not return and have been a customer in the past.
