We booked a 12-day custom trip to Peru with Jacada and they did a fantastic job! We were a party of three and got to ride around Peru in comfortable minivans with skilled drivers and very knowledgeable guides. Everybody was always on time and took care of all our needs and answered all our questions. Our special dietary requirements were also always considered. Their knowledge of how to best travel in various areas was especially valuable. For example, they booked two visits to Machu Picchu for us. The first one was an afternoon visit with our guide and the weather ended up being fantastic. The second one was on our own the next morning when it was cloudy and raining, so we got to experience the site in a different atmosphere. Had that been our only visit, however, it would have been disappointing because the visibility was bad. Similarly, we were interested in seeing the Rainbow Mountain but they advised us to visit the Palcoyo instead, which is just as beautiful, not as crowded and not as punishing to hike at that high altitude. So I highly recommend Jacada and I would travel with them again!

For our honeymoon, I wanted to see the best South Africa had to offer. I didn't want to leave anything to chance or allow my lack of knowledge of the area get in the way, so I sought help. Jacada not only provided the knowledge needed to make our trip so memorable, but they also ensured that we were taken care of every step of the way. Behind the scenes, Jacada did an excellent job making every moment of the trip special. I was particularly impressed by how well they worked with they staff from the accommodations and tour companies that were a part of our trip. I would particularly like to thank Tess, who is the best Jacada has to offer. Without her, this final part of our wedding celebration would not have been the highlight it was.
When we contacted Jacada Travel we knew we wanted to go to southern Africa, but only had a vague idea of what else we wanted (safari, youngsters, nice accomodations, etc.) Tessa Van Der Walt from Jacada listened to us, took into account our budget and time constraints and designed the perfect trip. It far exceeded our expectations and everything was amazing from start to finish. We not only saw the big five but youngsters of every species. We met incredible people along the way; the food, service and accomodations were outstanding, and everything was planned out perfectly. We didn't have to worry about anything and had the trip of a lifetime!!
