Very quick and smooth process to apply birth certificate for my children. The staff is friendly and you can call before come to collect the MyKad or MyKid. The down side is the limited parking nearby the area because of the housing and LRT station. The situation become worse when the parking at the top is closed recently.
You don't have to wait for too long here, they are very organised and fast
Very efficient and friendly, the staff can speak in fluent English too! Though finding a good parking spot can be challenging.
