Came to renew my ic. Everything is smooth. Took me around 30 minutes, from ambil nombor, ambil gmbr, and receive the new ic. Place is comfortable. Social distancing maintain. Felt so safe.

I was allowed to meet the officers on my IC matter without an appointment. From the lobby up to level 6 and 7(photocopying service is available here, ic Rm0.40 and A4 size document is Rm1). It was faster and the officers are pleasant and helpful.
None of the phone numbers are attended to. No way or means to contact anyone... so unaccountable
Very efficient staff and polite, from information counter to service counter no 12 & 16 on 22/3/2021 good job to the staff , I would say the best service from government. 5

Came here without appt to do birth cert for my newborn. Online appt takes 3 months waiting list, so decided to walk in. Calls were not answered. Came at 3.10pm. Birth cert and mykid was done before 4pm. All staffs were friendly and procedures were smooth. Luckily afternoon not many people and got things done fast.
Did my son's registration for mykid here and everything took less than an hour. Very fast service!
