My local shop.
Helpfull over and above the call of duty. My disabled daughter was stranded in Derby, no busses, cold and a very real chance of flooding. It took me till eight o'clock to get to her by car and Richard kindly took her in and gave her shelter, he remained open an extra hour whilst we struggled to get there. If she had remained outside and the flood barrier failed, well, she was only yards from it! A very big thank you from all the family, Richard. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
