I called and had a few questions and a Natalie was on the phone. Not only was she rude but unprofessional ... i just thought you should know. Customer service is very important to me.

Have used Pieroni for delivery last few weeks as unable to drive through cancer and covid. Service is second to none, driver lovely and goes the extra mile to our house. Making some lovely family dinner memories. Thank you ️

Bought haddock recently, the least fresh fish I have ever bought and not well prepared also served by a surly assistant. Won't be back.
