Called today as dishwasher was not draining; they gave excellent completely FREE advice and instructions over the phone including advice on manufacturer warranty and parts coverage! Very much appreciated and avoided need for a unnecessary call-out :)
Absolutely fantastic service. Really went above and beyond, and was friendly and helpful. Arrived within 2 hours of calling and was finished the same day. Would definitely recommend.
