I met Jay Nanda through business networking at BNI. Having the right images for your business is key, I took this advice from Jay himself. Jay Nanda has now on several occasion been out and taken some pictures of our billboards. I can now showcase these across my social media platforms. I can now also let my clients have them so they can use them on their platforms because they are great images. He is very easy to talk to. He arranged a photoshoot for our premises at a very short notice. He was very professional and relaxed during the whole photoshoot. He delivered the photos on time. While uploading the photos on our website I had some issues with ratio and size and he happily solved all my problems. Cannot fault Jay whatsoever! Our initial meeting before we booked was the easiest and smoothest. Nothing was too much in terms of what we wanted to see so we could get an idea of what we wanted. I took my parents with me & Jay got them involved and made them part of the process which was really nice. After that meeting it was without a doubt we were going to book & so we did! All communication throughout was faultless. Any questions we had, either via phone call / email got answered promptly. Unfortunately, COVID happened. Like many other couples, our wedding got cancelled. We spoke with Jay who advised as soon as we have another date they will be there which put us at ease. Then our second date got cancelled so we made a decision to downscale our wedding completely, meaning no room for any suppliers. I had a conversation with Jay and explained what our plans were & without any hesitation a huge gesture of a refund was offered, one we were shocked at as not one any of our other suppliers even considered. We will be having our wedding reception at some point in the far future & without a doubt will be using Jay. We cannot thank him enough and equally we cannot fault his service! Best in the business. J Nandha listened to all our wedding ideas and implemented them perfectly. He professionally arrived early, which helped him pick out potential photo shots. His editing was excellent and he really spent additional time with us which went above our expectations. Above all he was just a really nice guy. Top quality photos we loved them all.
