Really friendly and helpful. Spoke to them on the phone with my requirements, popped in a few hours later on the Friday to choose the carpet, and had it laid on the following Monday morning!

Great service. I've been using them since the 1970's and sons now running business. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Came here due to it being cheapest in area but ended up costing me more because my wireless thermostat (89) was stolen in the process. I was working this day so my mother came round to let them in then sat in the garden reading her book. When I left for work my thermostat was hanging on the wall and on returning it was nowhere to be seen. After ringing j m furnishings I was told it was nothing to do with them because they used outside contractor's, great customer service. so my advice is hide all your valuables if you do use them because if you have the same dodgy people I had then you may end up losing something. would never reccomend this place to anyone
I visited here to purchase carpet for a buy to let property. There's a wide selection of carpet and vinyl to suit all tastes and budgets. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend. Good choice of floorings available, which is affordable. Carpet was put down very quickly. Friendly and efficient service. Briliant.
