Excellent meat.... Great Deli and easy on the go food from the takeaway counter.... They do online orders too and you can get orders made up to collect. Try the Caribbean Sausages... Garlic butter Chicken breasts... The Lamb is all local Kentish Lamb and delicious... Go speak to Eddie if you want to try something different!

They have great quality British meet. Friendly staff! We are buying our meet every couple of weeks from them. Extremely happy with the variety of produce and quality. Also they have great fresh cold and warm lunches. Yes I would recommend it to our friends.
Great service. Got a lovely tomahawk steak from Rook, a couple of months ago. Ordered online and was ready to collect at the specified day and time.
Meat, meat, meat ... oh, and pies! We bought the thickest lamb chops here just a few months ago. We still talk about them now. How very sad of us, but they were totally delicious and very different from the usual supermarket fayre. Don't expect cheap and nasty from J C Rook and Sons. Do expect great meat and good service.
Not been there for a while not on our exercise route️
