Great variety of fresh fruit & veg. Local eggs, honey amongst others. A vast difference from the tasteless fodder at the supermarkets.
This is one of the best greengrocers ever! Excellent selection of fruit and veg, super friendly and helpful service. A couple of years ago we moved to Colchester, found Burgess and rediscovered how vegetables, fruit, eggs and apple juice should taste. 3 Cheers for the Burgess family!
First time shopping here today and I was so impressed with the selection of fruit and veg available, all presented beautifully. Very friendly staff, and the fruit I've tried up to now is far superior to anything I buy at the supermarket. I'll definitely be coming back!
