Friendly and professional staff. Good range of tools and fixings as well as all the wood you could ever think of. Happy to cut wood to size for you on site. All cuts have been clean and accurate. Very happy.

Great place to go as a hobbyist, they have a wide variety of soft/hard available with samples. Do Phone or email them 1 day before you want to collect. Cutting takes time, and they don't cut on Saturdays. Can thickness to any size you want, kick-starting any personal woodwork project. They are great with advice, and a visit to the store will let you browse their small collection of tools sold. They also hold some ironmongery, and have a coffee machine.

decent place to get wood , seem to stock most stuff you would need , happy to cut it up into multiple pieces if asked , staff all polite , only thing i would say is be wary if buying stuff thats stored outside like fence posts or featherboard , ive some thats warped and not really good enough ...they also deliver
