Never again...had to refit my carpet plates because it was like walking of a step..asked the shop to sort it and they said they would just drop a new plate off but wouldn't fit it because he didn't have a drill..! No silicon around the vinyl to seal it in both rooms and left glue all over my front door.. This is from someone who has spent around 1500 with them over the last few years...never again..!
