Very reliable steakhouse off the highway and convenient location. Drinks are well worth a higher price point and are properly poured. Food always has that signature wood fire taste. The artichokes appetizer is great also. The manager there, Emily, is very hospitable and creates an environment that's enjoyable for guests.

J Alexander still has great,service and delicious eats. I hadn't been there in 13 years, so happy to see that everything was still the same. Even with the restrictions of Covid19 the restaurant is still one of my favorites. The staff was awesome, even met the General manager. He was so friendly, funny even. No job was remedial, he did it all. Sat people, busted tables, and even poured water. I would still highly recommend J Alexander for any occasion. The best way to be seated us the make a reservation. Not a lot of seating but the ambiance is still there as well.
Was happy to find out this place offered dine in. It’s a big tent that’s heated, and tables spaced out for social distancing. For starters, I ordered the Chicken Pasta Soup. The main course, Rotisserie Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Broccoli. Dessert was a slice of Key Lime Pie. I was pleased with everything.
Had a great experience with the family here. Although, they're not known for having a loss menu, our waitress accommodated us in helping the kids select a meal with ease. Our food was delivered quickly, fresh and hot. I gave them 4 stars because the mac & cheese was really cheesy, but lacked flavor. It's missing something. I'd still return, but will substitute a different side next time.
