I used TAPS for a few jobs, which were fine, but then I asked for my bathroom to be renovated. I had several problems with water pressure, to my new bath, which I didn't have before the job. I was eventually told I had to buy a new pump to get adequate pressure through the hot tap. When I checked the pipework behind the bath, I saw the that flexipipes to the taps were bent in half, which was severely restricting the flow, but worse than that I saw that they had mis-measured the tap holes that they'd originally cut and had to cut two more holes for each tap. This meant that the taps moved about when you used them. I rang and made a complaint, and supplied photos to show what a mess they had made of my bath, but was not offered any money back for the terrible workmanship. My bath is ruined and I had to buy new bath taps to cover the holes. This is what you get when you pay for a professional plumber and they use a work experience boy to save money. I would not recommend under any circumstances.
Boiler replacement: They were recommended to us for a good service and we were NOT disappointed. Gave us a competitive quote, discussed all the options and allowed us to pick the boiler we wanted. Installation was painless, professional and tidy. Great company and really good service. We will be recommending them to others. The Paynes. Saltash.
