When I had my wee dog paws sadly died last year with cancer I was devastated the vets and receptionist could not have done enough show empathy with you, even cremated my wee pawsy wasy sent sympathy card , took my wee paws away from house for us.They are a vets surgery with love and concern not only to our pets but us the humans also, got baby boo my kitten for Xmas just had his first injection got wee problem with his privates but once neutered will be fine cannot fault IVYBANK VETS

Have been dealing with Ivybank Vets for many years, throughout the life of our previous cat Sasha, through her old age and very dignified passing.and now with our new baby Thaia, all staff from reception to operating theatre show care & compation, every pet & owner
It's got all the safety in place. Hand sanitiser when you enter. Signs up and you are well away from everyone when you enter. Staff are friendly. The vet was really helpful. I would highly recommend Ivy bank vet to anyone looking for a vet in you local area. They have a few practice's In different areas as well.
Fantastic vets. Everyone is so caring and they genuinely put the animals first before money and that’s what you need from a vets. We had to put our cocker spaniel to sleep yesterday and Lindsay Callan the vet was new to us, however she was excellent and made what was a heart breaking experience and choice made so graceful. She was lovely and we will never forget the kindness she expressed with us.
Fantastic vets , Lindsay looked after our dog right till the end, all staff are friendly .
