After my previous supplier defaulted twice I realized I had to look for a more competent company to handle fuel and lubricant needs. Thus I decided to give Crown Oil a try after a friend recommended them to me. Now, this is the second delivery they just made to my facility and I must add that they were prompt on both occasions. It's a refreshing change to us and we will be encouraged to continue dealing with them if the status quo is maintained.
Our relationship with Crown Oil Ltd has been so far so good. They have remained very reliable to us and aside once or maybe twice they were behind behind schedule by a couple of hours, they have managed to supply us on time on the rest others. Although that may not sound like it's a world record but coming from a buyer who had always worried if a former supplier would not default again (I mean for days with barrage of excuses in tow) then it's indeed heart warming and a clean break.
They wanted to fine me up 250 pounds !!! Salesman lovely called to see if I needed a top up. I ordered but asked as I'm a freelancer with irregular hours for a fixed day for delivery . I was told this was not possible. There is no access to the tank unless I'm at home. I said that was fine but if I was away they would have to return to deliver. Salesman then informed me that the transport manager had said they would fine me up to 250 pounds if I was not there to accept the oil when they decided to deliver it. My order was cancelled! Be very aware of this before ordering!!!!
They are probably the best in town when it comes to fuel and lubricants. They've been supplying my company with Fuels and lubricants for quite some time now and we are yet to find them wanting in any area.
