we don't live far from Bicester Village and often take advantage of the half price sushi on a Sunday evening. Recently we decided to change this to a Saturday evening...I checked for the closing hours on the website as we didn't want to have to eat too late. The site said 8pm closing so that would mean half price sushi at 7 30 .....Upon arrival I was told they closed at 9pm on a Saturday; I bought the sushi and headed home, fired off an email to Head office and the next day got an email offering us a complimentary food the next time we visited! Great food great service, lovely friendly staff

Always love going to Itsu. A large selection of fresh, daily made, tasty food. They have a hot and cold selection - as well as some desserts and the usual selection of water and soft drinks. Obviously they will stop preparing food late on in the day, then about an hour before closing, have an 'end of day sale'

The food was served hot and fresh, and all options provided (including vegan meals) were quite affordable. Adding to the positive review was the amazing taste of their food. Coming into the place, we were a bit skeptical of how quick the service was, because there literally was a horde of people going in. However, queues were separated into takeaway and eat in orders. Service was quite efficient and quick, while being mindful of the social distancing regulations. People were politely reminded to sanitise their hands and to wear face masks at all times in the premises. After a day of checking out the shops, the food was a meal well-spent! Also, outside seating was available for people not able to secure tables inside. Strategical location as well, as it was a stones throw away from the nearest toilets!
Great place for lunch when at Bicester Village. Food not cheap but as you are a captive audience it is reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Seating inside is tough but there are seats just outside the restaurant. Well worth trying. Highly recommended.
