In November we ordered the tuxes for my wedding in March. I paid and verified that I would be able to pick up the Tux Wednesday because the wedding was out of town. I was assured that I would. One tux was not delivered until during MY REHEARSAL DINNER. Because we were not there to sign, UPS said we would not receive it until after the wedding. When I asked for a refund, I was told by It’s a Date that they “moved heaven and earth to get it there”— really? You had 4 months. Then when I said that it arrived during my rehearsal dinner instead of an apology I was told that I should have sent it to the venue where someone could sign. The venue was a huge casino... no room for error there! My sister and mother had to beg UPS to open up specially for us. So we could retrieve the package ON MY WEDDING DAY. Oh- and UPS told us that the tux was sent ground and not rush and was not mailed until 2 days before my wedding which they knew was a destination wedding. It’s a Date never even bothered to see if we received the tux. Not worth over 200. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Karol, the owner, took time out of her day to meet my mom and I for a private Sunday bridal appointment. Their bridal suite is located on a different floor from their formalwear, so you really feel so special being surrounded by only beautiful white gowns. It was such an intimate setting and the kindness and helpfulness Karol showed will never be forgotten. Truly a bridal appointment that I will never forget. Not to mention I found the wedding gown of my dreams. Thank you to It’s A Date team and especially to Miss Karol the owner.
From reading the reviews online I walked in one day to look for a wedding dress. They told me they only did bridals by appointment, so they asked when I could come by. I work 7 days a week at varying times and did not know a specific time I would be available. They took down my name and phone number, telling me they would call and schedule an appointment in the next couple days. It has now been 2 weeks, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I ended up going to a bridal shop in Columbus, MS where they were very nice and accommodating. I called the day of, and they were able to fit me in for an appointment.
I had a wonderful time looking through the dresses and finally finding the dress that I wanted. Jacquelyn helped me a lot with this and I couldn’t thank her enough! Thank you again for helping me Jacquelyn I really appreciate it!
I got my senior prom dress from here in 2017. I recently got engaged and went to FOUR different bridal stores looking for dresses and never found my one. I spent a little over an hour at Its A Date! and found my LITERAL DREAM DRESS!!!
