We had a few dealings with Phil a few months ago and found him extremely rude,arrogant and very abrupt,my partner had to stop dealing with him due to his aggressive tone and manner which made her very upset and reduced her to tears.Phil is either under a huge work load stress or he is by nature a nasty peice of work.For many senders he is the first face or representative of ITD ,he is a true embarrassment to this firm.Shrugging his shoulders is all he seems to do ,he could win an award for it.We are human beings at the end of day and deserve to be treated like so.Phil needs to think very carefully and how he treats/speaks to customers and as a result we took our business elsewhere.

This review for Business account holders Avoid Avoid Avoid, This from the top worst companies in the UK, you could deal with, The manager is tricky and lies if you have serious issues he will ignore your calls !!! And he will telling you I am not working today I will work tomorrow same thing saying every day for others . Collection driver he was tossing the parcels like rubbish bags. Lots parcels will be lost and damage the will not claim damages parcel because Hermes policy's not accept it.

Went on holiday and decided to send luggage with IDT global. BEST decision. It's cheaper than ordering suitcase and made travel much easier. Its a no brainer!!
We've been using ITD for a few months now after switching from other couriers due to issues. This was the best move we've made. We've had nothing but smooth dealings with the company and their customer service is ace! I deal with Rafi on a regular basis, I don't have a bad word to say about him. He goes above and beyond to help and will always ensure that my questions are answered. A true asset to the company. Would 100% recommend ITD.
