I have tried to make contact with this company on several occasions over the past 2 months via phone calls and emails. I have even tried to contact them via Instagram messages and have used the onthemarket contact form, where they have properties advertised. They have ignored every single form of communication. I find this incredibly off-putting and disrespectful to potential clients. Unfortunately for them they have just lost a customer.
Liza Vereli went above and beyond in navigating a tenancy changeover during the very difficult lockdown period. I can't recommend her highly enough. She was clear and patient given the sometimes rather complicated arrangements, and always got back to me really quickly and with good humour.
I've been dealing with a neighbor noise for almost a year, this past 11th of August I decided to contact Islington Properties (as the noise come from my neighbor doing home renovations) and today at 2nd of September nobody has replied to my enquiry, so I won't recommend Islington Properties services at all, it seems when they are needed they are not up to a professional level. (Property: Indigo Mews N16) Update: After being contacted on 2nd September 2020, they told me they were investigating and contacting my neighbours, today at 23rd of September I still haven't got a reply or update from them. Update: 22nd of October, still no response, at this point I’m not expecting for them to come back at me. Update: 23rd of November, well, that neighbour finished his job so the noise stopped...briefly, now the other neighbour next door is undertaking some roof reparations which we haven't been informed for by Islington Properties, so there's more noise now, still no response.
Islington Properties are incredible! I have been a tenant through them for three years and Liza and Carl have been so on the ball with all our needs. When we have needed things fixed in the house, this is done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting through them.
