Wonderful old school marine engineering business. First time I have used them and they were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I went to purchase a Cutlass bearing and they immediately spotted an issue with my outrigger, but their on site workshop sorted the issue in short time while I waited. I will recommend to every boat owner I know. Such a great find.
They are an old style company WITH STOCK. I needed a propeller for my ketch and was being quoted 9 to 12 weeks (plus) delivery times. T Norris had blanks in stock, one of which they took into their workshop and tailored it to my craft using my old prop as a pattern and I had it back in two working days. They also do a variety of stern gear and prop shafts. (The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful which helps when you are trying to buy something you know nothing about apart from what it looks like and how heavy it is to carry.)
