Coming across Slaters International was the only good thing that happened to us in 2020. My mum passed away in the height of the pandemic. In all the devastation and confusion, Edward was calm, kind, professional and responsive. It took 6 months in total for my mum to be repatriated to Imo State in Nigeria but Slater’s made sure it happened with dignity and respect. Their agents in Nigeria were highly professional and kind, as were all the other staff members we dealt with. They made everything a little less awful. Highly recommended.

Just to say a massive thank you for such a professional service at such a sad time of our lives. We as a family write to thank Edward the youngest funeral Director at Slaters, whom we now refer to as a family friend. I felt the need to write, Edward was ever so helpful from start to finish, the hard work he put in to repatriate Latoyah from Jamaica to the UK was a challenge due to unforeseen circumstances. Edward was on hand around the clock liaising with various partners in Jamaica. Latoyah was finally brought back to the UK. Slaters were appointed to carry out the funeral. The funeral was very beautifully arranged by Slaters. Also to mention Nikki from Slaters, she was on hand seeing to all our family needs and is such a professional. We needed to use slaters international in a moment of need . Their service was exactly how described, all cost were shown up correctly , no hidden fees no headaches, they have solved everything for us as they described. The repatriation process was quick and the time was within the estimated schedule . We are grateful for their help and we are more than happy to recommend them !
