My father has been very ill. Lost his wife a year before. He’s had to move, and the TVs in Hire went into a cupboard and he simply forgot about them. He’s been paying in full for many years. I explained this - they still want 1 month notice and another month payment to cancel!!

I spoke to a lovely lady today called Shelly regarding my Samsung television. Her customer service skills and manner are outstanding and she is certainly the right person for front of house company representation....
