My best experience on Skye easily. The people were absolutely fantastic and Jamie was an incredible tour guide. Really didn't make you feel like you were being herded through as some tourist and took a lot of time to answer questions and explain their process thoroughly. Gorgeous building too

Visually an impressive distillery and a nice gift shop. Sadly at the moment they are not doing tours. Their whiskey is not quite aged yet as they opened in 2017, so are selling blended whiskey from their parent company in the shop, a long with lots of nice gifts. Graham who works there was wonderful to deal with and had a great, friendly chat with us. He is predominantly the reason I am leaving a review and it being so high.

Nice clean distillery with an interesting backstory. Tour felt rushed, lacked passion, no opportunity to take photos when many other distilleries are happy to let you shoot. Tasting was less than 15ml and also felt rushed. Has the potential but the owner/operators should check out the competition and see what get scotch enthusiasts like us to buy and rave.

A brand sparkling new distillery, opened in 2017. Didn't have the tour. I can't wait for their first product.

First of all: We visited the big Talisker Distillery before so I can take this in comparison. The Torabhaig Distillery was built 2 years ago (2017). Therefore it has no Whisky yet (3 years of maturing requiered). We went there without reservation and got quite fast a place for a tour (10 Pounds). Carol was a great guide and explained everything detailed. Overall I would say it was a better and more interesting tour than the one in Talisker even though that one was pretty well too.
