F A O Donna, I would like to thank you fir such a warm welcome John and I received from you last week. Due to health issues I have become lactose intolerant and I an a great lover of all cheeses. You were so helpful with suggestions, information and general desire to help us. The cheeses were fabulous I have used them in pasta, the chilli flake cheese I used to make a sauce for chicken fillets. But my favourite has to be cheese and spring onion , we thoroughly enjoyed this with fruit cooked ham and salad. Thank you so much Hope to see you soon. Mary Carroll. Rothesay.
