Unfortunately, the burgers were pricey for being mediocre. The bread was a tad soggy as well. You could probably make a better burger at home. However , The chicken strips and fries were definitely tasty. There was a long wait but the the service was good once we were seated. Feel free to stop by and Check it out if you’re in the area, but I would recommend checking out other burger joins if that’s what you’re in the mood for. Your appetite will thank you later.

My Picky Daughter Alexandria choose Islands...Good Choice indeed! We got a table early and the food is bomb. A Great Time. Plus The Waitresses are lovely and kind. This place is great, would definitely come again! Just Right.
Well, for starters, I had gone with my 11 yr old son to dine in. I had to go inside and around the corner to be seated. The girl in the front desk told me that there were no tables available and that I had to wait for a table or I can go sit at the bar. I looked around and I saw quite a few tables available but went ahead and sat at the bar since I was hungry. By the time My order arrived, I noticed the lettuce on my Sandpiper Sandwich looked a few days old. I still went ahead and ate it. Also the fact that when the waitress brought me some sugar for my Ice Tea she placed the packets on top of an ice cub that was at the counter melted. My previous experience here was Awesome. I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic or not that it has gone down just a tee bit.
I go here around once a quarter and we like it very much. Great burgers cooked how you like it and they will modify to your tastes. I can't speak to some of their menu because I stick mainly to the burgers, but my brother got a dinner salad that tasted good but was a bit light for a meal salad; it was more like a jumped up side salad. The burgers are a great size, very generous. The fires are excellent and well-seasoned. The onion rings are huge and crunchy. I wish they had a nice, zippy sauce to complement the rings, but all you get is ketchup. They will do a lettuce wrap burger if you ask for it, it isn't advertised. The service is pretty fast and the food is always hot. The servers are average, not especially friendly or happy to be there, but they do what they're supposed to with the exception of being a tiny bit slow on drink refills. They serve draft beer in ice cold mugs, which is awesome. They weep a bit on the table but it's worth it. This review is for the Avondale AZ location. Highly recommend for the burgers and beer. Good-sized bar inside with TVs if that's your thing. Great bartenders.
I often take my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are great and the crew is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we enjoy a pleasing time. warmly recommended.
