Jinnah Gardens is one of the good society to live in. There are all facilities provided in this society. Lots of Cash and Carry, hospitals, bakeries, pharmacies, fast food and refreshments options. Gas, Water, Electricity is also available in this society. They also have Water filtration plant and security system as well. It is near to Soan garden and on the opposite side of Pwd road. It is very close to Naval Anchorage as well. Good society to live in. I just love it

It's under develop new housing scheme. Due announcement of construction of road from Gulberg Housing toward T- chowk at GT Rd, the prices of plots started rising. Area near main Commercial area around 2 KM radius is developed and water supply, telephone, gas and electricity is there. Next year when main Express way road will complete then obviously prices will further rise. As of now people and investors are holding the plots and houses to further gain the wind fall of profits. My recommendation is that this is the right time to buy plots now if you able to get it around 70 laks for 7 marla. Right place for middle class families.

Newly develiped society. . With too much prices.. 1 to 1.2 million per marla with out Gas... And no water facility. And offcourse you will find Garden only in the name of Society.

It's a planned city and developing really fast. Buy not every phase has it's own gas supply. Moreover, the entrance and exits are pretty rough and dont leave a welcoming vibe to those visiting the place for the first time.
