A few friends have been recommending this restaurant to us and as Ishtar had joined the eat out to help out scheme we thought its a great opportunity to try this place. Great place, everyone is very friendly and the food is wonderful. give it a try and Ishtar will become your new favourite place.

This is a good place to eat. Good is always good and on weekends the sometimes have entertainment. Staff are friendly and service is good. Portions are good as well. Location is good for the West end, but if you want cheaper and more tasty Turkish food maybe try green lanes in Haringey.
Me and my partner went there for desserts only and we weren't disappointed. The Kunefe is a must try, chocolate cake was soft and smooth, the Turkish tea and macchiato were excellent as well. Customer service was top notch, the ladies were polite and friendly. Would love to come back again.
Me and my friend went to Ishtar to celebrate my friend’s Bday. We were warmly welcomed and seated by the staff. Food was delicious. We ordered selection of cold and hot mezzes followed by mix grill and lamb chops. The meat was fresh and perfectly cooked. We got small cake with candle as a complimentary what made our night even more special. Staff was keeping up on us all the time. And that Turkish tea I highly recommend this place to everyone
