Very busy... but driver was helpful... got us there safe... however due to a breakdown of another bus we were held up by over an hour in Santiago waitng for the other bus to reach us so our family had to wait without notice!!.

Bûs services are vêry punctual, plz book your tickets ahead of time in holidays specially Christmas time .
I wonder if they have facility to accommodate passengers come the rainy season.
The bus terminal needs maintenance. Restroom - it stinks and the doors are not that okay. It's a decade old and not yet replaced. Meals - overpriced. I'd rather eat on a different restaurant with the same price and better quality and taste. Facilities - needs to be replaced. Their table stands are getting rusty. A renovation of the interior area of the restaurant might help.
It's okay. The place is okay, the bus unit too. But, some staffs are rude especially to those avid commuters that still used their service. I hope the management sees that improve their services for their customers.
