Shocking service. Just because I came though a insurer they had no interest in the claim from the first phone call! It’s clear the way they are treated insured customers over private customers is completely different! Shocking that such a company can act in this way.

One of the leading law firms in the country? You're having a laugh! From my experience this organisation treats its clients disgracefully. Poor performance with legal document being 'lost', too many changes of staff as people leave (and I can see why), over riced and under delivers on a regular basis. Sadly this high profile company just doesn't measure up. I would highly suggest you do not use this organisation.

Absolutely Disgusting Service. From start to finish they've caused me no end of stress. The \solicitor\ I had was an absolute joke. She went 7 months without even looking at my file and her supervisor even admitted it, saying \let's just forget about it and move on\. They were very unprofessional, rude and I had to contact one of the partners before they decided to actually get the case moving or take my complaints seriously. What should have been a straight forward case took over 19 months. I am now in contact with the LEGAL OMBUDSMAN and am considering all avenues to get closure from such a horrific experience. Avoid Irwin Mitchell at all cost.
