Erwin and Mitchell Solicitors dealt with our case in regards to a holiday my mum took and got salmonella after only eating at the resort. She later sadly passed away from it. Jatinder Paul out solicitor was genuinely interested in learning about our late mum. And was compassionate, caring and understanding. Erwin and Mitchell did all they could to claim compensation from the holiday company at a very perilous time. With Caronavirus and lockdowns. Our case was settled in under 2 years. We were kept upto date and treated with respect and informed and advised with an excellent outcome. Thank you to Jatinder and Erwin and Mitchell. I don’t think any other company would have done what you did.

NO VIN!! NO FEE!! Court cost 545 I.M asked 1400. To proceed road accsident they charge 855. Waste of time company. Avoid this company if y dont wana lost time , money. And have stress. I was knocked of my bycycle. Car was fiat panda 2006. And day of accsident car was whitout MOT already for 2weeks. I was feeling like gost rider. Car knocked of me and Fiat panda was going to metal scarp:)))) You cannot proceed to the hearing unrepresented and without the funds to cover you for costs. The Defendant's costs could be in the region of 5000 and our disbursements going forward would be 1400 approximately. For us to allow you to proceed to the hearing you would need to send us an immedaite upfront payment of 1400 and have the ability to pay the Defendant's costs if, as anticipated, you lost. Unfortunately you cannot just do what you want without costs consequences.

I was drawn in to Irwin Mitchell in May 2019 to a case that I had until January 2020 to file. They have so far pushed me from pillar to post with ridiculous inefficiency - 5 case handlers - changing month on month and not one sensible dialogue from any of them that gives me a sense Irwin Mitchell team have a clue about my case details. I feel I am being played and my time wasted on a valuable (to me) situation. Utterly disappointing. Very poor professionalism and would not bother with again.
