I had a couple recalls for my Ford fusion. I called to make an appointment they were able to take care of the issue the next day. The representative that answered the phone was very polite. Oscar the gentleman that helped me through the whole process of taking care of the issues in regards to the recall I had excellent customer service service!! Can made me feel important. He was very detailed explained everything. Make sure that I understood what was going to happen. There’s another gentleman by the name of Salvador he is the driver after dropping off my car at Wesley Ford he drop me back to my office and picked me up when my car was ready, I thought my Ford fusion somewhere else but my next car most definitely I’ll get it at this dealership Wesley Ford is awesome there in Irving by the way. Thank you Oscar and Salvador you guys are awesome!!️

Chase, Jose and Luis were easy to work with and made the whole process easy! I had to drive from Austin to Irving to pick up the vehicle and they made sure everything was lined up and in order before I arrive to pick it up. They even filled the car with gas and detailed it for me! Next time I need a vehicle I will definitely be shopping with Westway Ford!

Eli Santos is the best! He’s knowledgeable about what he sells. He can answer all the questions I have regarding the Ford Expedition we just purchased ( unlike the other salesman that we dealt with)! He’s very patient. Kudos to this young man!!! Y’all should contact him when getting your vehicle!
