Really, do not want to give any stars to them. It looks like they are so irresponsible with handling of package. They lost my trade in phone package and they still feel they are not accountable for anything. My package is showing unshipped still and they do not know what's going on (been 2 weeks).They are saying that they are not UPS store, instead a franchise. SO much disappointed after the issue has extended for two weeks straight and still pending. Will never go this place again!!!!

I've been to tons of UPS Store all over the country and never experienced this not even at Christmas. Hire more workers!! Unreal see picture the line is almost out the door. Insane

DO NOT BRING AMAZON RETURNS HERE, much less anything else for that matter. I dropped off return for amazon here because it was a location given by Amazon for them to package and return. Thankfully I requested a receipt when asked that I dropped the item off. The item was never shipped or even scanned to ship. More than likely the Switch game was stolen. Amazon thankfully refunded me anyways since I had a proof of receipt of drop off so I wouldn't have to work with this ship to find out why 3 weeks later my package still shows a status of Label Created\t12/27/2020 10:18 A.M. Package was dropped off on 12/30/20 and has still never show as sent or received. Will never do business with this location in the future for any of my shipping needs. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.

My girlfriend is in quarantine so I went to pick up her packages with more than enough information proving that I had authority and proper documentation based off of the pick up policy provided online (photo Id,original email receipt, ups email notification, her photo id). Regardless they wouldn’t give me the packages. How is this supposed to work with so many people needing to go into quarantine?

The woman who was working the front desk this morning was not wearing a mask in the midst of a global pandemic. I'm fairly certain that the company requires its employees to wear masks. By not wearing one, this employee was endangering all customers visiting the store.
