It was a very bad experience. Took my daughter for her 18th birthday dinner. Wait was long but restaurant was empty. Ordered 3 appetizers received 2. Took 10 minutes to get the last one. Took 40 minutes to get food which you guessed it was very cold. Only my kids ate because they were so hungry. I spoke to manager who argued that we hadn't waited long although we had 2 refills of drinks while waiting. We never were offered refills on our alcoholic drinks and when our food finally arrived it was cold and the orders were wrong. I took my daughter to this same restaurant for her 16 birthday and we had a great time. We met a older gentleman sharing the same birthday.. we were refused that area, and then our orders forgotten. Our experience was like night and day. The manager took off the food we refuse to eat and took 25% off the bill and I thanked him, but it doesn't change the horrible experience or the lack of accountability. I won't be bringing my family back. Below is our last night experience and our previous experience.

Very friendly staff at this location. This is the first place in a long time, to give proper attention to tables, by checking in on them each time they passed by. The food was cooked to perfection. The only thing my gf didn't like was that the mashed potatoes still had the skins mixed in them. The twisted ribs were different. Fried ribs. The meat fell off the bone and was very easy to chew.
Had food delivered for the first time from this location and a little disappointed. It was on time but some of the order was incorrect, steaks not prepared properly and big sloppy mess at bottom of bag. And I get charged 6.99 for a delivery and the driver tells me he gets none of that, a bit of a ripoff if you ask me. But don't worry I tipped the driver quite well.
So my husband and I tried outback last year and it was AWFUL! We thought we would go again and see if it went better on Sunday 2/7/21 and once again we were disappointed in the food. The staff is very friendly and tried to make things right, but it just did not turn out as expected. We will be sticking to salt grass for steak houses.
The food was excellent I really enjoyed everything I ate. The service was so-so , the staff could have been more friendly and waiter could have been more tentative to my needs as a customer. But all in all it was good and I will return!
