I've worked for a lot third party companies in my life. Mostly at the management and higher level leadership positions. This is not a company that you want to work for or be involved with.. as every single process is broke and nobody cares to fix it. Employees come last... Employees are lied to... Employees are deceived into thinking this is a Professional Organization.. Mosaic goes unchecked with their HR processes, there is no one to protect you and give you due process. If you do have a decent experience it's like winning the lottery.. literally getting hit by lightning, it's that rare. This is not just my opinion.. this opinion runs rapid with my fellow peers my past employees and current leadership. If you do have an opportunity, steer clear.
