This is the worst warranty company that I ever dealt with. Agents lack in customer service skills and they are very hard to deal with. The contract terms are fuzzy and the company tends to deny every submitted claim without an accurate logical consideration. I regret that I'd purchased their plan. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.
