Dr.Darshna is the best. She is my OBGYN from past 2 years. I was gestational diabetes patient n had a baby last year. I believe if she was not there I couldn’t have had normal delivery. Looking at complexity every one thought it’s gonna be c section but my doc took chance on me and it was possible. I am so so thankful to my doc.

They never answer their phone, their mailbox is also been full for weeks, they've highly disrespected my wife, seems like she's only concerned about money and that's it. Highly advise that you do not go here. Look at all the one star reviews.

DO NOT GO HERE! I originally had a good review for this doctor’s office. But it is unfortunate for Dr. Chandrashekara that she has hired a billing “manager” Sherri Wilson who will not call you or do her job correctly but will let you go to collections for her mistakes. There are so many good doctors in Dallas. This office isn’t worth the hassle and this is why —-I went to this office in August 2018 and continued to go for a year even with my pregnancy and not once did they say I had a balance on my account. Now two years later the front office is calling me because they billed my OLD insurance for an office visit in 2018. BUT my labs done in office the same day were billed to my new insurance. THEN Elizabeth the front desk admin claims I didn’t present my new insurance to them. Doesn’t make sense to me that two claims from the same day were billed different, one being my new insurance. So how did they get the information if I didn’t present it? After I received a statement of “my” balance a year and nine months after my appointment. I called a few times a week this summer and sent an email directly to Sherri. Not ONE person called me or responded to my email until last week, October 2020. Now that it is past their 2 year window it is my responsibility? When talking to Elizabeth about the issue she threatened to send me to collections. It’s not her job to do billing but did not let me talk to the person who does. Nor has Sherri called me back regarding my account. I’ve been trying to get in contact to settle account since this and still Nooooo response. They won’t even answer the main line if they know your number. Read the reviews on this office. They are not wrong. Go somewhere else where a billing manager is capable of doing her job and admitting when she has made a mistake and will communicate with you regarding your account.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! This is my first pregnancy and I had the worst experience at this office! They are unorganized I felt rushed and they did not take me serious! They lied to me and cost me too much money! They do not care about you they just want your money! I am 20 weeks and have to find a new doctor because of how unorganized they were!!
