Jay is fantastic. Quick, efficient, great at what he does - and he was the only guy I found in DFW who could get me in without a three to four-week wait. Between the police precincts no longer fingerprinting and Covid restrictions galore, there is a massive backup at IdentoGo. Given the great service I got today, I'll use Dallas Fingerprinting for all of our notary/fingerprinting/ID photo needs.

Drove 30 minutes in a thunderstorm through bumper to bumper traffic to be told that they were closed even though we had an appointment. My advice is look elsewhere. I needed 150 worth of NFA fingerprints, but the guy who answered the door is apparently not interested in business very much.

Also let me know ahead of time regarding a conflict with my original appointment time! He sent a quick text to get it ironed out before I showed up for the appointment. Go see them!
