Purchased tire and wheel with my car and after multiple attempts to use the product I purchased I was told I did not have it. Went into Clay Cooley Chevrolet to cancel. Finance Mgr Russel and I reviewed my contract which I do have showing I have tire and wheel. Now I am out the money I paid for the product to cover my wheels and out the money I had to spend to get a new tire. Ashley Rudd has not responded or returned any of my phone calls regarding this matter
