I went in to get Florida LiveScan Fingerprinting done and they were great. I was able to set-up an appointment online a few days in advance and when I arrived they were ready for me with no line or wait. Neal was fantastic as he was friendly & professional throughout while he guided me through the process. When we were finished he very clearly explained the next steps in the process of what would happen after he sent off the live scan fingerprints. All around it was a very efficient and pleasant experience with great customer service at every step of the process.
Fast service and friendly. Great place to go if you need if you need your fingerprints taken. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
Went for fingerprinting for an out of state medical license. Neil was a sweetheart and the process was quick and easy and I was out in 10 minutes. Sometimes they offer a cash discount which is nice! Most places aren't authorized to do concealed carry fingerprinting in Texas, so you'll have to go to IdentiGo for that.
I needed fingerprints for my concealed carry license and was turned away at the door even though we had an appointment and when we arrived they were already closed. The building looks super sketchy not sure if I would have even trusted them to do my fingerprints if they had been open. Also NOT \budget\ they are expensive.
