Neal Stout and his company are the best! He is very professional, quick and efficient and has great customer service. My daughter and I are going to be co-guardians over my son and needed to have our prints and background checks done for the hearing that is happening in a few days. We live in Maine and were having a difficult time finding a company that could transmit fingerprint cards via live scan for us to Florida quickly. I found out about Neal and his company through an online search and am so happy and grateful I did. Yesterday, my daughter sent her fingerprint cards to him by overnight mail and he was able to process them via live scan and submit them to the Florida FDLE today! Amazing! I on the other hand went through a different and very large company back in early December, before I found out about Neal and his company, to have my prints and background check through. My first set did not pass because of poor quality, so I had a second set done which took them a very long time to process. If you need to have your prints done, background check or need a notary, Neal is the person you need to see!!! Thank you so much Neal! My daughter and I are forever grateful!

Unprofessional customer sevice. I am calling a lot to ask a question after many times calling, Nail answered me, but without solving my problem he hanged up the phone on me. Update: I wish I can change my mind to a positive review, but unfortunately, I just got a call instead of apologizing he used a lot of bad words to me, however I asked him several times to come dow.
