Staggeringly incompetent. Let their tenants get away with fly tipping and have no interest in actually helping. If you need them to do anything it takes months if not years of constant phone calls where you are led to believe it will be dealt with only for it to be ignored.

Very impressed by the staff, especially Diane, who took me to the interview room; including the Mike and Kate the interviewers from Liverpool. Door entrance is a bit dowdy, but I'm sure this will be improved in the very near future.

Terrible service. After two months of complaining about their tennnats fly tipping the items are still there with no end to this in sight. It took them two weeks to respond even after the police were involved in an incident involving their tennant. The staff simply don’t care.
