Disappointed, seemed to be only one person on duty who appeared about 10 mInutes before the service was due to start. In these covid times we were allowed 20 to be split between 2 rooms, and although I provided a list showing those allowed in the main Chapel and those to view the service in the waiting room, the member of staff was not interested in directing the people to the correct room, as she didn't know who was who. Hardly a unique problem and easily solved by use of a check list. They managed to mess up the music as well by not playing the instrumental versions that we requested and instead used vocal versions with some inappropriate words. Professional Service???? Don't think so.
Excellent facilities and so well organised. Everything went tickety-boo today. Thanks to all who contributed to make today special. A separate full thanks to Co-op Funeralcare.
